On the bottom of all pages the Arcade page is now a "Shoutbox" block. When you are a logged in member you will be able to post instant messages that are known as "Shouts."
The feature is just a way to say a quick howdy and might even be a good place to have conversations (if you happen to find yourself online at the same time as one or more of your friends.)
The feature has been named "Talk about it..." and is not visible to the rest of the internet; only to logged in members. Messages place here will be fleeting so important announcements should be made in the "Bulletin Board" topic or elsewhere in the forums.
If you have any trouble with the shoutbox contact a moderator for assistance. Moderators will also be able to delete any entries found to be offensive.
