It is really pretty easy to include a video in your post once you know how.
If you click on the "insert Embed" button [</>] in the toolbar in the post editor it will enter a code into your post.
you then need only insert the "Embed Share Code" (for example "<iframe width="560" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/NIv3W1vUoKU?rel=0" frameborder="0" allow="autoplay; encrypted-media" allowfullscreen></iframe>") between the embed tags
