38 this is a first and great command;

What has gotten into the people of the world today? In particular, what has gotten into the people of the United States? Have we turned into such a Godless society that someone one could go into a church and randomly kill men, women, and children? Have we as a society gotten so far away from God and Godly principals that life has no meaning to more and more people?

2 Samuel 22:3  (YLT)   My God is my rock -- I take refuge in Him; My shield, and the horn of my salvation, My high tower, and my refuge! My Saviour, from violence Thou savest me!

Hear our prayers God. As we journey through this life guide us and protect us. If it be your will that I pass from this life in an act of violence comfort my family and friends. I will begin my journey to a better place. Amen

The Will of God is also considered as we look at the very nature of reality. Needless to say this opening discussion leads to an often deep discussion on many aspects of life, religion, faith and hope. I was watching a show tonight discussing the book, " Jesus Among Other Gods."  It is by Ravi Zacharias. He made a statement that I found interesting. He stated, "Jesus did not come to make bad people good, but to make dead people live.

Why would God The Father want to leave any of His creation behind when all is said and done, at the consummation, at the end of time. If any of His creation was not brought into the "fold" would God's plan of a perfect creation be a failure? How could God be a failure?
