Sorry I couldn't find an report button.
I can't find a way how to submit. It says it is submitted in the background without refreshing the page, but nothing happens.

The report button is actually the red flag icon on the game's play page.

Sorry, but I am going to mark "Silly Ways to Die" as "DEAD"
It seems this version is forcing an embed of a remote script and therefore is not utilizing our submit codes.
Too bad, I really like the game 
I will be on the lookout for a replacement.
